[1] This relief plaque was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis (on which, see IG II³ 4, 665). The relief depicts a group of worshippers at left, a figure lying in a bed in the centre and a divine figure standing at right (probably a sick figure being watched over by Asklepios, cf. IG II³ 4, 782). In the upper left, there is a large square containing a horse’s head. Aside from the horse, the relief was almost entirely defaced when it was reused in a Christian tomb in Late Antiquity. The priest is probably identical with the prytany treasurer honoured in Agora XV 278 of 47/6 or 45/4 BC.
