[1] This statue base was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis (on which, see IG II³ 4, 665), where it was found along with IG II³ 4, 814. The dedicator came from Tarsos in Cilicia. There is a cutting on top for insertion of a votive.
