Thoudosios of Paiania dedicated this to Asklepios on behalf of his daughter. Theano.^[1]

[1] This statue base was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis (on which, see IG II³ 4, 665). There is an oval cutting on top for the insertion of a marble plinth which would have supported a statue of Theano. She may also have dedicated a small silver cup to Asklepios (Aleshire Aslepieion 3, l. 15).
