Aristophon son of Lysinos of Eresidai (dedicated this) to Asklepios, in the priesthood of Philokles of Xypete^VII.^[1]

[1] This statue base was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis (on which, see IG II³ 4, 665). The dedicator won the pankration at the Olympic Games in the late fourth or early third century BC (Paus. 6.13.11, IvO 169). The third line is so worn that it is now barely visible. There is a hole on top for a statue.
