[1] This inscription is on the broad upper portion of a rectangular pillar dedicated to Asklepios, which probably originally stood in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis. The dedicator is not otherwise known. There is a slot on top for inserting a relief plaque. On the Asklepieion and its inscriptions, see IG II³ 4, 665.
