[1] This is part of a statue base dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis. The dedicators are otherwise unknown. There is a cutting in the top for a statue and anathyrosis on the left-hand side for attachment of another block. On the Asklepieion and its inscriptions, see IG II³ 4, 665.
