[1] This base is identified as a dedication to Asklepios on the basis of its findspot on the south slope of the Acropolis, the location of a major sanctuary of Asklepios. A possible brother of Myrrhine, Euxenos, appears as secretary to the treasurers of Athena in 417/6 BC (IG I³ 305, 329). On the Asklepieion and its inscriptions, see IG II³ 4, 665.
