[1] This relief plaque was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis (on which, see IG II³ 4, 665). Most of the inscription is now lost or too worn to read and is known only from an 1861 report by the archaeologist Petros Pervanoglou. The relief depicts a set of male genitals. A hole is cut in the plaque on either side of the relief to allow it to be nailed to a wall.
