[1] This stele was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis (on which, see IG II³ 4, 665). The inscription is within a tabula ansata. The relief below depicts a female breast (on such ‘anatomical votives’, see AIUK 4.5, pp. 69; J. Draycott and E.-J. Graham, Bodies of Evidence, 2017). The most likely name for the dedicant in l. 1 is Phrygia, a name which suggests she was probably a slave or former slave. The date is based on letter forms (B. Forsén Gliederweihungen, 1996, 36-37).
