. . . . . . and continue to be well disposed towards the Athenian People, and do whatever good is in their power for the People, (5) the People shall resolve: to praise the [Kythnian] People and crown them with a gold crown of [500 or 1000] drachmas, and those [coming] from the (10) Kyth[nian] People[1] shall have right of access to the Council and to the People first [after the religious business or after the sacrifices (meta ta hiera)[2]]; and to praise . . . . . . general . . . (15) -armeno- . . . and crown . . .

. . . and stand it on the acropolis, and for inscribing the stele the treasurer (20) of the People shall give 50 drachmas from the People’s fund for expenditure on decrees.
