[1] This is a fragment from the upper right corner of a pedimental stele. The first line, inscribed on the moulding at the base of the pediment, preserves part of an archon date, perhaps from the prescript of an Assembly decree. "Kirchner's date [fin-iv BC] is quite uncertain" (Clinton).
