. . . the Council shall decide: that the presiding committee (proedrous) allotted to preside at the coming Assembly shall present -n to the People and put the matter on the agenda and submit the opinion (5) of the Council to the People, that it seems good to the Council to praise -n son of Dionysios of - and crown him with a foliage crown for his excellence and love of honour (philotimias) towards the Council and the Athenian People; and that he shall be proxenos of the People; and he shall have the right of ownership (egktēsin) of land according to the laws and a house; (10) and the prytany secretary shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele and stand it on the acropolis; and for the inscription the trittys commanders (trittuarchous) and the inspector (exetastēn) shall allocate 30 drachmas from the People’s fund for expenditure on decrees.
