[since the People voted concerning - that the Council after consideration] should make a proposal to the People, the Council shall decide: to bring (5) - before the People [at the first opportunity]; and he shall have the right of ownership (egktēsin) of land and a house in Athens, and he shall have access to the Council immediately after the sacred business if he needs it; and the secretary of the People shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele and stand it on (10) [the acropolis]; and for the inscription and the setting up [the board of administrators (tous epi tēi dioikēsei)] shall allocate 20 drachmas.
