Honorific dedication for Rufius Festus (early modern forgery)

(In honour of) the most brilliant (lamprotaton) proconsul (anthupaton) of Greece and Areopagite, Rufius Festus, the Council (5) of the Areopagos and the Council of the Three Hundred and the People of the Athenians, for his goodwill (eunoias) and beneficence (euergesias) towards the City, (10) set this up, with Flavius Prylades managing it.[1]
