In the archonship of Lysitheides (272/1), in the ninth prytany, of -, for which Semonides son of Timesias of SounionVI was secretary. On the twenty-fourth (hebdomei met' eikadas) (5) of Elaphebolion, the twenty-sixth of the prytany. Principal Assembly. Of the presiding committee Ka- son of - of Epikephisia was putting to the vote and his fellow presiding committee members. The Council and (10) People decided. Mnesiergos son of Mnesias of - proposed: since the city guardians (astunomoi)[1] of the archonship of Glaukippos (273/2) managed the procession and the sacrifice to Asklepios[2] and the adornment (15) of the table and the all-night revel well and with love of honour (philotimōs), for good fortune, the Council shall decide: that the presiding committee (proedrous) allotted to preside in the People at the next (20) Assembly shall put the matter on the agenda and submit the opinion of the Council to the People, that it seems good to the Council . . . . . .
